Loving you is like leaking my favourite flavour; vanilla ice-cream
It keeps me hopeful and make me love life,

The sight of you kickstarts my greatest emotion; Joy

This i feel whenever i see you, and when i don't, i  sigh.

Vivian was the name of Fibian's mistress.
A young girl with ruthless personality.
Dogs bark in distress
And bite for absorbability,
Most times life hunts the hunter with undreamed-of stress
You reap what you sow in actuality
True love never dies, it aids like the buttress
A deceitful heart know pain, its no partiality;
To be under a spell is like being wrapp'd in tress
The untrue knows no responsibility,

Can this be real?
Is this all it takes?
No, i'm dreaming
This really can't be true

A WALK TO REMEMBER

A walk to remember

T was upon a day, a winter day
between autumn and spring i suppose
i'd just come out to catch
a touch of winter air

it was an old day, as old as Johnson,
the oldest tortoise
the hotness inside the house made me
decide to take a walk down the street

All i truly needed was some fresh air
i made myself a promise to return home
in less than an hour so i don't catch cold
and this i was eager to keep

i'd just reached half way my walk when suddenly came
a dry dust bearing wind that blew almost like a young hurricane
it was a strong weird wind which set things flying
i resolved to return home because if i don't, i could die-if home- i won't

Silent words


Silent words are my spoken sounds
they function as a principal carrier
of the meanings of the things i say quietly
though not directly to you- deep down it is

silent words mean alot to me
they're the only medium i use to express my feelings
though slow and calm
it is ideal

silent words make me happy yet sad
i can't produce sound of great volume
especially when you step out, your charisma, your style-
its quit overwhelming, i can't shout

oh, your courtesy, your grace, and your charm
you walk with striking carriage
though you don't know this and i may not let it out
so i'll keep it on the low

The world is an open door,
the more you look at it, the more it reveals
deep things that life have in store
which human minds bravely conceals.

life presents you with the good, the bad, and the ugly
i'd advice you learn from them all,
fake love surrounds the whole world it hurts, its so fugly
                                          sometimes they make you feel life yields nothing further to recall.

                                         do not remember days, remember moments,
                                         especially those that take your breathe away
                                         they sure create within uncountable merriments;
                                         put your door to a close on unhappy moments, i'd rather say.

                                        good friends are hard to come by
                                        endeavour to embrace all who make you smile,
                                        and those that your progress make cry

Your existence baffles my imagination
I can't help but wonder how you run without a visible source of power;
You remain 24 hours right in every nation
Even though your time zone differs across the planet's hour.

Your one of the oldest human invention
Yet the knowlegde of you remains eluding;
How you meet the need to consistently measure intervals of time, in all ages and generation,
Still beats human understanding.

You exist of an object that repeats the same motion over and over again, an oscillator,
Nobly, you create purses which are countered by some kind of counter-
Believed to be converted into convenient units: seconds, minutes, hours and more
And some kind of indicator displays the result in humanly readable form- to make abetter.

Your controversial existence is indeed unknowable
Yet, well co-ordinated;
And valuable
I think you are perhaps, a constructive mystery yet to be visited.

Hello, all. Welcome to the 30 days of Poetry with NaPoWriMo. Its National Poetry month, with the 30 Days, 30 Poems challenge. Lets get it started!!! Bring it on NaPoWriMo.

Day 1's prompt is to write  'a poem that has the same first line as another poem.'
Here's my attempt.

As handsome as a beast.

Slowly, he walks in beauty, like the night,

Imposing appearance suggestive to life and death;
And all that's dark and bright,
Surrounding his awkward world of strength.

The closer the view, the less he appeals,
Exhibiting humanly frame but surely nonhuman;
So calm, so skillful
Yet brutality can not conceal.


An attractive paragon of cruelty,
Firm, strong and weird,
Generous, yet filthy-
Perfect well-being of ill.

A mind at peace perhaps true,
Healthy and sick;
Heart in zest for love-
Love, yet to seek.
